A fully customizable 3D printed bicycle saddle. The design is fully parametric using data from pressure maps to customize the base shape using sub-d surfaces, as well as the stiffness of the lattice padding. It was designed to be as light weight as possible, while still providing cushioning and comfort. The base is printed using HP multi-jet fusion with carbon filled PA11 which gives strength as well as some amount of energy absorption. The lattice cushion is printed in BASF TPU also with HP multi-jet.
